The Noctula Platform operates on a zero-trust architecture. All sensitive financial data (PII) processed by our platform remains within your institution's secure perimeter. We do not persist raw transaction data on our infrastructure.

2. Cookies and Telemetry

We use cookies on this website (noctula.org) for two purposes:

• Essential: Required for secure session management and WebAuthn flows.
• Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized telemetry to improve our web interface. You may opt out via the cookie consent banner.

3. AI and Machine Learning Models

Our unsupervised machine learning models train strictly on your localized data instance. Noctula does not pool transaction data across clients to train generalized models, ensuring strict adherence to EU GDPR and banking secrecy laws.
